Possibl are currently supporting a leading provider of digital learning solutions, committed to delivering innovative and engaging learning experiences. They have a strong pipeline of work for Q1 and are looking to engage with experienced Instructional Designers who can support the delivery of their projects.
We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer with a specialised focus on scripting and storyboarding digital learning content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling narratives and designing effective learning experiences that captivate learners and drive results.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Content Scripting
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content and learning objectives.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging scripts for various types of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos and animations
- Ensure scripts align with instructional goals, target audience needs, and learning best practices.
- Incorporate storytelling techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention.
2. Storyboarding
- Translate scripts into detailed storyboards, outlining visual and interactive elements, navigation, and media assets.
- Design user experiences that promote interactivity, learner participation, and knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with multimedia developers and graphic designers to ensure seamless integration of content and visuals.
- Iterate on storyboards based on feedback and testing results to optimize learning effectiveness.
Our client will be looking to engage with candidates on a freelance basis, projects will sit outside IR35 and will be remote. Day rates upto £250 per day DOE.
