Our Client based in Norwich is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their team. Our client offers excellent work life balance with the full time week being Monday to Thursday.
Are you hungry and driven to succeed? In this role as a Call Centre Agent you will work with companies across the UK qualifying inbound leads on their behalf. As a Call Centre Agent you will have excellent Customer Service skills and have a confident telephone manner.
We are looking for candidates who enjoy working on the phone, are motivated by targets and earning commission. You will join a well established team and company that offers superb training and development opportunities with Customer Service at the heart of everything they do.
You do not need to have any previous experience for the Call Centre Agent role as full training will be provided on induction.
