Maybe you are currently a deputy manager looking for a new challenge?

I am currently working with a beautiful private nursery who are looking for a manager. The setting is one of the nicest nursery settings we have worked with! The team at the nursery are all very welcoming and are looking forward to welcoming a new manager on board. 

You must be at least level 3 qualified and be able to work using your own initiative. You must have a sound knowledge of the OFTSED, EYFS and Child Protection/Safeguarding procedure and enjoy working with children. You must also have strong leadership skills to ensure you get the best out of your team.

Your duties will include:

Leading from the front
Maintaining OFSTED standards
Rota management
Supervise, motivate, and encourage all staff members to be the best they can be
Support the core values of the business
Liaising with external suppliers
What you will need:

Level 3 in childcare or above
Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Children’s Act
Passion for the early years sector
Deputy manager/manager experience
