Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our prestigious Wiltshire based client who are looking for a Payroll Officer on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

In this key role, you will support the Payroll function covering a range of duties including :

Key Responsibilities :

Ensuring a smooth payroll process for daily, monthly and weekly employees
Managing employee records including starters, leavers, holidays, sickness etc
Dealing with payroll queries across a range of departments
Providing payroll information to management for reporting purposes
Other general HR administration requirements
Adhoc duties as and when required What you will need to succeed:

First rate administration skills, with experience in a similar payroll position
Excellent communication skills at all levels with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of tasks
A good level of IT skills including MS office and databases What you will receive in return:
