Management rota payment REClifts are now looking for a highly experienced Lift Service Manager to join a well-established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service & repairs of lifts and managing the service and repair team
Responsibilities of a Lift Service Manager:
Carry out regular site monitoring
Coordinate repair projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
Supervise a team of Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Efficiently plan engineer workloads
Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
Develop maintenance schedules to ensure lifts are serviced according to safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaintsIdeal Lift Service Manager
NVQ 3 Qualified - Desirable
Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and safety regulations - Essential
5 years of Lift Industry experience - Desirable
