Fairmont Floral Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking a creative, driven Floral Supervisor to join the Fairmont Floral team. In this dynamic position, you will enjoy working with a dedicated team as we strive to provide memorable experiences for our guests and clients. The Floral Supervisor will ensure all Fairmont Floral activations meet Fairmont Scottsdale Princess' AAA Five Diamond standards.
Demonstrate business acumen by assisting retail leadership team with various accounting & financial duties including: invoicing, pricing, proposals, reporting, etc
Assist with a variety of floral tasks including: assembling & delivering floral arrangements, organizing supplies, cleaning & prepping flowers, etc
Follow approved procedures for ordering, receiving, and storing products. Maintain an awareness of inventory conditions; note any discrepancies in inventory
Maintain cleanliness of the design area and floral section of the coolers, storage areas, etc.
Maintain clear communication with other departments and ensure all Fairmont Floral SOPs are executed appropriately
Capture photos of designs for social media & internal and external marketing promotions 
Other miscellaneous duties to support Fairmont Floral operations as required
