Maintenance Person

Hotel is seeking to recruit a person to take care of the hotel maintenance.

• Inform client on damage to furniture and appliances and if possible make repairs

• Replace windows or repair cracks and dents

• Repair or replace handles, glass, rails of doors and windows

• Detect faulty parts and replace them as part of repair and maintenance works

• Organise, plan and follow-up precautionary or corrective maintenance works

• Check maintenance of equipment, material or installations; determine need for renewal/innovation or repair
