Product Designer

White Label is exclusively working with a company in Halifax who are looking to recruit Graduate Product Designers. You will not hear about this role from anywhere else! The role of the Product Designer is key to the success of the company and to creating innovative design solutions for their customers.

Typical day-to-day activities of the Product Designer

* Generation of drawings in line with client specifications.

* General arrangement drawings and manufacturing drawings.

* To liaise with clients to discuss the design specifications.

* To liaise with suppliers to ensure they understand drawings and can manufacture the products correctly.

* To liaise with other departments including purchasing, estimating, contract management, and projects to ensure the projects run on time and to budget.

* Ensure the design meets industry standards and regulations.

Experience required of the Product Designer

The only requirement for this position is that you have a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design or Furniture Design.

In terms of personality, they are looking for someone who can make an impact and back their corner as well as being motivated to establish themselves as a product designer.

Package/Benefits

* A starting salary of £25,000 - £27,000.

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Pension

* 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
