(Location) Remote Work / Attached to Rabat, Morocco office. (The role) The consultant will play a leading role in project execution, build trusting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and adding value to their mission. He/she will work directly with the head of the office in Morocco and the project managers. He/she will gain expertise in the development of RBF instruments, developing a thorough understanding of different design choices. Tasks may include: 1) Lead and supervise the development of technical components of strategy design or implementation projects or related to employability, with a mastery of analytical dimensions and frameworks, including economic concepts; 2) Lead the creation of proposals and deliverables for clients, articulating technical concepts in an eloquent and accessible way. 3) Propose, structure, and supervise data analytics to derive actionable insights/hypotheses and 4) Prepare clear and effective presentations to public and private sector stakeholders.




(Education) Master's degree or equivalent in economics, statistics, public policy, public administration, engineering, business or related fields; (Experience)o    At least 6 years of experience, including 4 years of relevant professional experience in international development and/or in the public sector in Morocco. Proven experience in consulting in strategy or business transformation or employability in Morocco; (Specific knowledge/experience) Proven experience in client management (multiple stakeholders in complex contexts), Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving, structured thinking and Exceptional interpersonal skills.; (Language) Full written and oral working proficiency in French (C2) and professional fluency in Arabic and/or English is an asset.
