Technical Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maritime Technical Superintendent to oversee and maintain ship marine equipment safely, economically, and efficiently. This role is a critical part of ensuring optimal performance and technical management of the vessels, including well intervention equipment. Main Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary onshore technical contact for offshore vessels, managing daily operations, technical management, and mobilisation activities.

* Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

* Oversee and ensure the timely execution of statutory and classification surveys, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

* Lead the improvement of maintenance systems by providing essential feedback.

* Manage the technical performance of vessels, including regular reporting, supervision of repairs, and dry-docking in collaboration with various stakeholders.

* Coordinate with owners and fleet managers to handle insurance issues and vessel condition assessments.

* Engage in personnel appraisals and actively contribute to team communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

* Proven work experience in similar maritime technical management roles.

* Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both oral and written.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

* Robust planning and organizational capabilities.

Desirable:

* A basic understanding of financial management and budget administration.
