Solicitor

We are looking for a newly qualified Solicitor with private client experience to join our clients in Doncaster. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team, allowing for personal growth and career development.

THE ROLE:
The role's key responsibilities include dealing with drafting of Wills and Estate Planning, drafting Lasting Power of Attorneys and making applications of Court Protection. You will also be required to assist in probate and estate administration as well as supporting in the management of Trusts.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have experience with Court of Protection as a newly qualified solicitor. It is important that the candidate is able to manage their own caseload well with a high level of detail. With effective communication and confidence you will have to build strong client relationships.
