Looking for Apartment Leasing Associates and Supervisor

We are a property management company which is in the business of apartment renting for 32 years now. Due to our growing clienteles, we are seeking to hire Apartment Leasing Supervisor and Associates whose main responsibilities are the following:

1. Providing prospective tenants with information, brochures, and tours of facilities and available apartment units.

2. Conduct with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matches these needs with available properties.

3. Greets visitors, prospective renters, and current tenants/residents of the company's managed properties and to deal with their concerns.

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years in college.

2. Background in sales, preferably in real estate selling or renting, or hotel and customer service-oriented businesses.

3. Has good command of English, basic conversational skills in Arabic an advantage.

4. A Kuwaiti driving license is not required but an advantage.
