Peopleplustech is urgently looking for Mandarin Speaking Technical Support Representative to support our team.
Location:Eton Centris, Quezon City
Qualifications:
• To provide 1st & 2nd line technical support and respond to queries of B2B clients; answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web
• Be responsible for primary user support and customer service
• Become familiar with each client and their respective applications/ processes
• Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware and other equipment
• Follow standard service desk operating procedures by accurately logging all service desk tickets using the defined tracking software
• Ensure that the scorecard is maintained as per SOW with respect to TAT, SLA & hits
• Manage all queries or escalate if not resolve as per the defined helpdesk policies and framework
Requirements:
• Completed at least 2 years in college (finished and passed at least 72 college units)
• At least 1 year of TSR/IT Service Desk voice/BPO/international account experience.
• Must have experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, Windows laptop & Mac books, Desktop, Multi-functional devices (MFD), Mobile & Tablets).
• Must have working know how on Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, ServiceNow, ITIL framework.
• With good English communication skills
